Tax law is often too difficult for the average person to understand, which is why we as tax professionals are paid to pretend to understand it. Recently, the federal and state governments have introduced so much confusing tax legislation that they have infuriated tax professionals, but have secured our jobs and future in doing so. Is that a conflict of interest or the definition of a love/hate relationship?

My goal for this blog is to help you, the begrudged tax payer, break down the tax code into language you can understand. For all of you, I will pretend to understand the tax code, for FREE! Lucky you and happy reading.
